Choose appropriate materials according to design requirements, such as synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester fiber, spandex, as well as natural latex, leather, etc., to ensure that the materials have waterproof, breathable, wear-resistant, anti slip and other characteristics.Conduct quality inspection on the purchased materials to ensure compliance with production standards.Use cutting machines or knives to cut materials according to patterns, improving material utilization.According to design requirements, add functional details such as anti slip particles, Velcro, insulation layer, etc.Check the sewing quality to ensure there are no issues such as loose threads or skipped stitches.Fold or pair the gloves, place them in a suitable packaging box or bag, and attach labels and instructions.
